LIFE UPDATE

Hello y'all! Wow, it's been a while I know since I've been on here. So I just thought I'd get on here and do a little life update for y'all. I'm going to try and start posting regularly again, but I'm not exactly sure when that'll be ;)
Anyway, I know y'all are probably wondering what I've been up to so let's get on with the post :)

Well, my sister (Kristen) ended up moving out to Oklahoma. She is now a K4 teacher at a Christian school and has 8 students. We all moved her out there in July (we actually left on my birthday) and ended up staying in Oklahoma about 3 weeks. Getting her and Oliver (her cat) settled into her apartment, etc. So that was a VERY fun 3 weeks, although at the end of it we had to tell Kris goodbye. Which was hard. She's like my best friend, so not having her here right beside me all of the time definitely took some adjustments. And I'm still adjusting, but I know that she's exactly where God wants her and that's all that matters. I do miss her terribly though. But we text or call each other every day so that definitely helps :)

With Kristen being gone means I have my own bedroom now. I didn't think I was going to like not having someone to share a room with, but I actually really love it! And I've realized that decorating is actually a lot funner (is that even a word, haha!) than I thought it was going to be. So maybe I'll do a new bedroom tour soon ;)

I turned 19. Like I said earlier, we ended up leaving to head to Oklahoma on my birthday. So that was kind of different. I never traveled on my birthday before, but it was kind of fun. And we ended up going to a really yummy restaurant in Tennessee that night which tasted delicious. Especially after all of the driving on the road.

While we were in Oklahoma in July-August we got to go see DUDE PERFECT on a live tour!! That was so awesome! If you haven't heard of dude perfect, go look them up on YouTube. They're absolutely hilarious!

I got to fly out (along with my grandmother) and visit my sisters and everyone else in Oklahoma in October. That was so much fun! I absolutely love Oklahoma. And I absolutely LOVE flying! Oh, and I forgot to say that I also flew out to Oklahoma in April with my Mama and Kris. So yeah, we've been doing quite a bit of traveling this year. To Oklahoma at least ;) But like I said, I love Oklahoma so I don't mind one bit!

I got to meet one of my pen pals and her family in person...so that was pretty awesome! And her (Priscilla) and her family are so sweet. I had such a good time with them, even if I did only get to see them for like 2 hours. But it was still fun!

Also, I got an Instagram account So if any of you guys want to follow me my username is maddy_grace00  ;)

I've also done a ton of other fun stuff. I went to the state fair, to an amusement park, it snowed in November (which is totally unlike Virginia at all) we had a pig roast, and we celebrated Thanksgiving. But this was supposed to be a little life update so I'm not going to go into anymore than that ;)

Anyway, I really have missed y'all. And I'd like to thank all of my loyal followers and readers that are still sticking with me. You guys are the best <33 p="">
Until next time!

  5. Awesome! I hope you are doing well. I live in Missouri, right next to Oklahoma, so if you ever wanted to meet up, that'd be awesome! We should get to know each other more, first. I don't know if you read my blog, but it's handsmadetolove.blogspot.com. I am going through the whole "haven't been posting, etc., thing too! :P I love your blog, though.
Have a great day and God bless!
BTW, we moved in the spring and my sister and I now have our own rooms as well. It's different, but just like you said, I love it.:) It's fun to decorate, etc.
    Merry Christmas!
